Our Royal Icing White Glaze comes in a convenient 500g package and features a delightful, refreshing lemon flavor that will enhance your baked creations.
Easy Preparation
Preparing this royal icing is simple. Just mix the powder with water, and you're ready to create beautiful flowers, decorate cookies, write on cakes, and much more.
Basic Recipe: Combine 500g of royal icing powder with 100ml of water.
Start by mixing half of the powder with water using a stand mixer or hand mixer for about 3 minutes. Then, add the remaining powder and mix for another 3 minutes at medium to high speed.
Versatile Usage
For securing cookies or gingerbread houses, use 5-10 ml less water. For a more fluid glaze, add 15-25 ml more water. The icing hardens within a few hours, making it perfect for various decorative purposes.
Perfect for Pastries and Cakes
This royal icing is also suitable as a pastry glaze for a variety of sweets and cakes. You can easily color the icing with gel or paste food colors to match your theme.
